Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer - Mobility (Temporary Opportunity to 30/06/2026) at Transport for NSW. Develop and customize mobility solutions using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, and related technologies (SAP BTP Workzone, CAP model). Design and maintain NetWeaver Gateway services, integrate OData/JSON with UI5 apps, configure SAP Gateway and Backend ECC/S4HANA for Fiori packages, customize and extend Fiori/UIs, and ensure secure S/4HANA backend environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, test with business users, and drive system architecture and security configurations for mobility solutions. Proficiency in SAPUI5, BAS, jQuery, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS3, and related SAP technologies is required. Temporary role through 30 June 2026; flexible work options may be available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SAP BTP Workzone and Mobile services is essential
- Experience in the SAP BTP CAP model is required
- Proven experience in SAP Fiori UI5 Development with Fiori Elements and customization
- Proficiency in SAPUI5, BAS, jQuery, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong expertise in developing NetWeaver Gateway services (SEGW) and integrating OData/JSON services with UI5 Apps
- Experience configuring SAP Gateway and Backend ECC applications for Fiori Package and App Setup
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori App customization and extension
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA system setup, user roles, and security configurations
- Proficiency in using AMDP, CDS views, ADBC, and External views for efficient development
