Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS) - Consumer Experience

Job Summary
Develop iOS applications with Swift and Objective-C, collaborating on requirements for consumer experience features while maintaining high code quality through rigorous testing and architecture design. Troubleshoot complex technical issues using debugging tools, ensure device compatibility and security implementation, and produce technical documentation including code comments and architecture diagrams. Maintain applications by monitoring crash analytics and remote debugging, while staying current with iOS trends to improve development processes. Report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite at the Grab office in an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in iOS application development
- You are well-versed in Swift and Objective-C
- You understand the iOS SDK
- You are comfortable using multiple iOS frameworks and libraries
- You are familiar with Xcode
- You are familiar with Git
- You are familiar with Jenkins
- You understand design patterns and principles that guide iOS development
- You have experience building maintainable and testable code bases
- You have experience with API design
- You have experience with unit testing
- You have experience with UI testing techniques
- You can work in an Agile environment
- You are comfortable with iterative development
- You are comfortable with frequent collaboration
- Experience with version control systems is also essential
- You have experience maintaining applications
- You have experience with crash analytics
- You have experience with remote debugging
- You have experience with continuous integration
- You will be based onsite at Grab office
