Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain modern Java-based services with Angular or React front ends. Lead the transformation of legacy systems to improve reliability and scalability. Build Java services leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams in Agile sprints, mentoring peers and driving proactive improvements for platform uptime and reliability. Write clean, efficient code, optimize for speed and scale, and document best practices. Candidates should have expertise in Java 11+, cloud technologies, and a strong database background.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Java 11+ and building scalable, distributed backend systems.
- Skilled in building robust, maintainable UIs with Angular or React.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, S3, DynamoDB, VPC, ECS/EKS, SQS), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Comfortable maintaining large distributed systems in live environments.
- Strong Database experience, including experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborative, communicative, and passionate about mentoring and learning.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leveraging AI tools to boost developer productivity.
