Job Summary
Contribute to long-term technical strategy and refine messaging infrastructure to support asynchronous communication for hundreds of millions of users. Own managed and self-hosted infrastructure handling produce and consume requests, alongside necessary tooling and automation. Partner with ML/AI/Search teams to build scalable solutions while maintaining high availability and reliability for 50+ million messages per second.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building internet-scale software
- Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages; Golang, Python, C++, Java
- Hands-on experience implementing features, optimizations, and bug fixes to distributed messaging systems
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working closely with technologies like Kafka, and Kubernetes
