Job Summary
Design, build, and own critical AI components for text safety systems, implementing robust services to ensure text quality across all Roblox properties like Avatar and Game Description. Develop frameworks and APIs to support text filtering for hundreds of clients while establishing best practices and technical standards for next-generation safety AI. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions, developing quality metrics and eval tooling to support continuous iteration. Stay current with emerging technologies to enhance user and platform safety through proactive detection and mitigation of risks. Work onsite Tuesday through Thursday with optional presence on Monday and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments
- A graduate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong communication skills
