Senior Software Engineer - LSP

Design, build, and operate backend systems that power decision intelligence capabilities for logistics service providers. Build services and workflows to reduce manual effort and enable action, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotations, and improve observability and tooling. Work on IAM, search infrastructure, data transformation to actionable insights, and deploy on Google Cloud Platform with Agile teams. Emphasizes AI-enabled development, scalable Java microservices, REST/OpenAPI APIs, and collaboration with product/data/design to turn ambiguous problems into scalable solutions. Office-based role with on-site commitment at HQ, 3 days a week.
