Job Summary
Compose and build the architecture behind next-generation self-driving vehicle technology, focusing on Prediction, Decision, Planning, and Control. Develop robust system-level safety and fallback strategies while working on end-to-end data-driven AV pipelines. Build world model–based planning and reasoning models and engage with large-scale model inference architecture. Integrate innovative robotics research into self-driving vehicle technologies, managing dependencies, interfaces, and performance tuning from perception through control. Requires a PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+ years, or BS with 8+ years in CS or Computer Engineering, plus production experience in autonomous driving systems and AI foundation models. Base salary ranges from $184,000 to $356,500 USD depending on level, with equity and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- PhD with 4+ years
- MS with 6+ years
- BS (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Production experience in autonomous driving systems
- Worked on AI foundation models or large-scale ML systems
- Helped drive End-to-end driving models
- Experience working on Robotics or embodied AI systems
- Knowledge and experience in System architecture from 0 → 1 → scale
Desired Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field or related research experience
- Knowledge of CUDA
