Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the order management system, including requirements definition, development, implementation, and ongoing operations maintenance. Serve as the central engineer for modernizing legacy systems within the order management and customer management domains. Design and integrate AI agent solutions, such as GitHub Copilot, to automate business processes across warehouse, logistics, and purchasing functions. Manage the technical growth and mentorship of junior software engineers while leveraging deep expertise in Java, .NET, SQL, and Oracle for data analysis. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at the Murakami headquarters for a portion of the week, supporting QVC International's growth in the Japanese market through application development and system integration.
Required Qualifications
- 5年以上の受注管理システムの開発や保守運用経験
- 3年以上の業務アプリケーション開発経験
- Java, .NET 他
- 複数言語・フレームワークに関する知識・実装経験
- アプリケーション開発手法への深い理解
- SQL などを用いたデータ分析・調査
- Oracleがメイン
- ユーザー部門が実装したいことを理解し言語化してきた経験
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル(会話・読解・文書作成)
- 受注管理システムの要件定義~開発・実装までの一連の業務をリードする能力
- 受注管理システムの運用保守
- 社内レガシーシステムのモデナイゼーションプロジェクトの中心エンジニアになる能力
- AIエージェント(GitHub Copilot)を活用した業務自動化の設計およびシステム統合の推進
- AIエージェントを用いた業務プロセス自動化の設計と実装の経験
- Linux サーバーでのアプリケーション開発、ならびに保守、運用経験
- 業務領域(受注、顧客管理、倉庫・配送、在庫、購買など)の理解
- レガシーシステムの移行経験
