Job Summary
Develop and optimize business-critical retail applications supporting pricing, supply chain, and assortment management using Java, PL/SQL, and Vue.js. Manage end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support within a collaborative DevOps environment alongside Swedish colleagues. Execute ongoing feature development, continuous improvements, and complex business logic maintenance for systems like CPC and ICASOI. Join one of three specialized senior profiles focused on backend, database, or frontend expertise within a long-term partnership structure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Java backend development, PL/SQL development, Vue.js frontend development
- Experience working on business-critical applications
- Experience maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing existing systems
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with end-to-end ownership
- Proficiency with tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, SQL Developer, and Postman
- Good English communication skills
- On-site in Sarajevo
- Full-time employment
- Planned start date in August/September 2026
