Job Summary
Develop full-stack Java web applications within a DevOps model and agile environment, continuously improving application code and development processes. Mentor team members in technical areas while collaborating with other Itron teams to deliver new features for the multi-tenant meter data management system. Handle escalated support queries and contribute to the collection, storage, and analysis of data from millions of devices across global data centers. Work on Customer projects and integrate with IoT networks and enterprise utility systems to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of software development experience in Java (Spring framework)
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, UX
- Experience in an agile DevOps environment
- Experience working on Linux as a development environment
- Fluency in English
- A great team player, sociable, with good communication skills
