Job Summary
Lead high-level design for complex, cross-service features and own critical product components, including prototyping, architecture validation, and production-grade code implementation. Drive the engineering agenda for assigned product areas by proactively identifying gaps in requirements, architectural limitations, and technical risks. Direct agentic AI tools across the full workflow for code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging, while maintaining full ownership of architecture, quality, and technical outcomes. Communicate technical decisions clearly across engineering, product, and DevOps teams, and participate in hiring processes. Work on a global, mission-critical AI platform with real ownership and impact.
