Job Summary
Lead high-impact Treasury engineering initiatives and help shape Mercury’s Treasury product architecture and user experience. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship thoughtful features for customers and internal users. Mentor both junior and senior engineers and drive ownership of stable, scalable systems handling billions in customer assets. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a senior software engineer or technical lead
- Experience with Haskell or similar functional programming languages
- Domain knowledge of broker-dealer trading or custody systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders
- Track record of architectural decision making and tradeoffs
- Mentoring ability for junior and senior engineers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
