Job Summary
Design and ship integrations connecting Flow to customer systems like PLM, ALM platforms, requirements tools, and issue trackers. Build reliable data sync with mapping, transformation, and conflict handling while maintaining APIs and webhooks for partners. Work directly with customer engineering and IT teams to scope integrations, understand data models, and get deployments live. Own production reliability by monitoring, debugging sync issues across systems, and turning recurring needs into reusable patterns. Requires 5+ years in production software, cloud services, and third-party API integrations. Full-time role in Engineering Team with TypeScript/Node.js and Python stack.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years developing production software
- designing and operating services at scale in a cloud environment
- Experience building and maintaining integrations against third-party APIs

- Strong grasp of API design
- REST, webhooks, and related patterns

- Comfortable debugging problems that span multiple systems
