Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of Enterprise Knowledge Platform integrations. You will design, build, and configure applications, act as a primary technical contact, and mentor other engineers. The role focuses on backend development for integration solutions using Java or Python, with cloud (AWS) and data integration expertise, microservices architecture, and experience with data processing and asynchronous workloads. Collaboration with a globally distributed team, staying current with DevOps practices, and driving technical maturity are key responsibilities. Nice-to-have skills include Docker/Kubernetes, GenAI tooling, Helm/ArgoCD, and unit testing frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in Java or Python (or both)
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with designing stateless and stateful microservices
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale data integration systems (data processing, asynchronous processing)
- Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and engineering processes
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Nice to Have)
- Experience with GenAI tooling (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Helm charts and ArgoCD (Nice to Have)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (Nice to Have)
- Database and data integration expertise (MCPs)
