Job Summary
Analyze requirements with Engineering Leads to certify releases and manage deliverables under minimal supervision. Partner with Development and Release Teams to build infrastructure, review changes in staging, and ensure compatibility with existing customer deployments. Develop, maintain, and debug end-to-end system test plans and automation to certify weekly releases, while setting up lab environments and prioritizing critical usage patterns. Act as the sole Quality assurance resource in this restricted environment, supporting overall QA efforts for software deployment. Requires active High clearance, 4+ years in SaaS-based release testing, and experience with server/client device technology. U.S. soil status and Secret or Top Secret clearance required. Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess active High clearance
- 4+ years of experience in software QA with a focus on release-based testing and validation
- 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS-based environment
- Experience working on both server and client side of device technology
- Proven ability to understand, debug, and maintain existing automation code (e.g., Java-based) to diagnose failures
- 4 years of experience with developing and executing end-to-end or system test plans
- 4 years of experience setting up and maintaining test configurations and lab environments
- U.S. soil status - the employee must be on U.S. soil, which means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or outlying areas of the United States, as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 2.101
- U.S. Security Clearance status - the employee must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) to the extent required by U.S. Government contracts
