Job Summary
Master the frameworks, languages, and tools used to deliver software solutions for the Impact platform, building, maintaining, and monitoring scalable applications that ship to thousands of global users. Work within a small agile scrum team to construct an integral piece of the client portal, ensuring awareness of customer needs while leveraging Java, Spring, Hibernate, Vue.js, and SQL databases. Deploy and monitor end-to-end web applications using Gradle, Maven, and Jenkins, with familiarity required for GCP and GitHub. This role supports impact.com's mission to unify affiliates, influencers, and customer advocates into one integrated platform, empowering over 5,000 global brands to drive performance-based growth through authentic relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years professional software engineering experience
- Good command of the Java language and familiarity with functional style of programming
- Experience in Spring and Hibernate
- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, specifically Vue.js
- Experience in SQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, or similar)
- Experience with GCP and GitHub
Desired Qualifications
- Skills with real time streaming technologies like Kafka or Google Pub/Sub
- Experience deploying and monitoring end-to-end web applications and utilizing tools like Gradle, Maven, and/or Jenkins
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good command of a Linux environment
- Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA
