Job Summary
Architect a high-availability Yield Engine managing billions in assets with bankruptcy-protected custody and seamless liquidity, or define technical foundations for a new stock brokerage pillar including brokerage infrastructure and trading interfaces. Scale a global current account experience backed by real assets across the UK, EU, Singapore, and Australia, or build long-term, tax-beneficial money pots directly inside Wise from the ground up. Coordinate complex projects across product, design, and analysis teams to deliver data-driven solutions that fix customer pain points while maintaining data integrity and consistency in high-concurrency systems.

- Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems in a production environment
- Experience with common design and architectural patterns
- Passion for writing clean code that is performant and well tested
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Java and Spring boot
