Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer II leading advanced software development for Lexis+ AI. You will translate user requests into effective software solutions, contribute to project plans and schedules, and drive strategic direction and implementation. Responsibilities include performing complex research, design, and software development tasks within a product line, writing and reviewing detailed specifications for complex components, completing bug fixes, translating complex requirements into designs, implementing development best practices, designing complex data models, staying current with new technologies, and collaborating with technical stakeholders across teams. The role requires expertise in .NET (C#), proficiency in English and Spanish, experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to work onsite in Mexico City 2 days per week (hybrid). Required Qualifications
- Experience designing and developing software within a product or functional area
- Proficiency in .NET (C#)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience with data models, data storage subsystems, and data manipulation techniques
- Ability to work effectively across teams and interface with technical stakeholders
- Ability to write and review technical documentation and specifications
- Ability to perform complex research, design, and software development tasks
- Ability to design and work with complex data models
- Ability to implement development processes and conduct code reviews
