Job Summary
Design and maintain the Payin Session and Payment abstractions that enable product teams to integrate diverse payment methods once and scale to millions of transactions. Build high-volume, high-leverage systems for money entry that prioritize correctness, reliability, and thoughtful API design across Transfer, Acquiring Payment, and new product initiatives. Own end-to-end customer problems with data-driven decisions to fix pain points, while championing complex technical topics with cross-functional stakeholders. Drive team culture and processes, ensuring robust testing strategies and best coding practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java, Kotlin, Python or Go
- Strong experience with Spring framework
- Strong experience with relational databases
- Strong experience with distributed and concurrent systems (Kafka)
- Experience in testing strategies, such as unit testing, integration testing
- Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to take responsibility and end-to-end ownership of your projects
- Ability to drive and own projects to make sure we hit the goals we want to achieve
