Senior Software Engineer II

Senior Software Engineer II on Forma's Product Experience team, responsible for leading end-to-end design and delivery of complex features across the stack (backend APIs with NestJS/TypeScript and frontend interfaces with React/TypeScript). The role involves building and maintaining web applications (member/admin portals and mobile app where relevant), integrating with third-party services, handling webhooks and error scenarios, participating in architectural discussions, owning services in production (on-call, monitoring, incident response), mentoring engineers, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining ownership of shipped work.
