Senior Software Engineer - Identity Core

Senior Software Engineer for Perk’s Identity Core squad responsible for authentication and authorization systems protecting a global customer base. You’ll design, implement, and evolve the identity platform, including SSO, enterprise provisioning, and developer-facing integrations, ensuring security and seamless experiences across internal teams and partners. You’ll work with platform and security teams to set standards for identity handling, own architectural decisions, write design documents for major changes, and mentor others. The role emphasizes security-first engineering, scalable backend systems, API design, token lifecycle management, and observability, with AI-driven development practices embedded in the workflow. This position requires being based within commuting distance of Perk’s hubs and involves in-person collaboration three days a week, with relocation assistance available for eligible roles.
