Build new capabilities, improve reliability and performance, and guide key architectural decisions for the Content Cards team's in-product messaging systems. Manage message definition, composition, targeting, delivery semantics, and analytics while maintaining a feature-rich dashboard for brands and UX teams. Drive ambitious initiatives that expand content orchestration on high-value surfaces and strengthen platform foundations. Apply strong technical leadership, thoughtful system design, and clear communication to scale complex projects from ambiguity to delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- An experienced technical leader with a track record of driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- A self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with agile development processes
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience building software at immense scale, especially customer-facing platforms with high reliability requirements
- Professional Experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React
