Job Summary
Build new capabilities, improve reliability and performance, and guide key architectural decisions for the Content Cards team, which transforms in-product surfaces into dynamic, personalized experiences. Develop systems powering in-app engagement across websites and applications, covering message definition, composition, targeting, delivery semantics, and analytics, while maintaining a feature-rich dashboard for brands and UX teams. Drive ambitious initiatives that expand what customers can build on high-value surfaces and strengthen platform foundations to accelerate future innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- An experienced technical leader with a track record of driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- A self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with agile development processes
- Professional experience building software at immense scale, especially customer-facing platforms with high reliability requirements
- Professional Experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React
