Job Summary
Design, build, and deploy direct integrations, custom agents, and automated pipelines that translate manual operational tasks into robust, AI-driven workflows for major business units. Orchestrate advanced application-level AI patterns including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and state-machine-driven automation while enforcing rigorous security compliance and data privacy standards. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to scope solutions, review code submissions, establish testing frameworks, and mentor engineers within your dedicated pod. Monitor operational metrics to troubleshoot defects and optimize user experience, ensuring high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven track record of designing, building, and operating production-grade web applications, API integrations, or business-critical backend services
- 1+ years of experience building applications utilizing LLMs
- Familiarity with prompt engineering
- Familiarity with RAG
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Familiarity with popular orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen)
- Proven experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, non-technical partners, or product managers to scope, design, and launch user-centric software solutions
- A strong understanding of secure coding practices
- Knowledge of API authentication (OAuth)
- Protocols for handling highly sensitive or regulated business data (PII, financial records)
- Solid experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs
- Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience with asynchronous job processing
- Experience with integrating third-party SaaS platforms
- Comfortable deploying and monitoring applications in AWS or similar cloud environments
- Utilization of Docker
- Utilization of CI/CD pipelines
- Utilization of modern infrastructure observability tools
