Job Summary
Own the design and delivery of features and small services end to end for agents, copilots, and platform components with limited guidance. Build agentic systems including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, memory, and state, while defining evaluations, regression tests, and observability for non-deterministic outputs. Take ambiguous-but-scoped problems from design to shipped, instrumented software and partner with business stakeholders to scope problems and turn them into measurable solutions. Mentor early-career engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback to raise the quality bar on work around you. Contribute to the internal AI platform covering agent runtimes, model access, routing, and developer tooling while maintaining evaluation coverage and incident response readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Roughly 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Track record of owning and shipping features or services in production
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications
- Working understanding of evaluation and LLMOps practice
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents)
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol tooling
- Familiarity with vector stores
- Familiarity with runtime guardrails
- Proficiency in at least one production language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Java)
- Comfort with modern cloud-native infrastructure—containers, Kubernetes or serverless, CI/CD, observability stacks
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and to non-engineering stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate well across time zones

Desired Qualifications
- Integrating with enterprise systems—HRIS, Financial systems, GTM Systems, or similar
- Contributing to internal developer platforms or productivity tooling that engineers chose to adopt
- Agent evaluation and observability tooling (LangFuse, Arize, Braintrust, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry-based tracing, or equivalents)
