Job Summary
Design and build scalable software systems and distributed services, driving complex technical projects from design through production deployment. Partner with architects and product teams to translate business needs into well-executed technical solutions while optimizing application performance, reliability, and scalability. Lead root-cause analysis for critical customer issues and mentor engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence. Independently own large technical initiatives, leveraging AI-driven development techniques to improve productivity and adopt modern practices. Requires 7–10 years of experience with Java, C#, or C++ and expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of software engineering experience
- minimum of 5 years in enterprise product development
- at least 3 years building microservices-based architectures in production environments
- Strong expertise in one or more programming languages — Java, C#, or C++
- proven ability to design scalable and resilient distributed systems
- Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure
- hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems
- experience optimizing system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency at scale
- Demonstrated ability to independently own large technical initiatives
- including leading root-cause analysis for critical production issues
- and driving effective, long-term resolutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or similar technologies within distributed, enterprise-scale environments
- Experience implementing AI-enabled features or integrating LLM APIs into enterprise software applications
- Contributions to framework, platform, or architectural modernization efforts within large-scale engineering organizations
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms and observability & monitoring tools
