Job Summary
Design, implement, and ship end-to-end AI features that drive latency improvements and ensure real-world performance with strong observability. Architect systems handling high data volumes while enhancing trust through permission-safe retrieval, citations, and auditable evaluations. Collaborate with Product and Design from discovery to production, balancing model selection with scalable, secure engineering principles. Drive projects from concept to completion with autonomy, refining ideas through iterative feedback to make financial systems safer and more transparent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience shipping 0-1 products to real users
