Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer with strong full stack capability and a clear backend focus to join HUB24's growing engineering team. Deliver end-to-end solutions across the full software development lifecycle, and enhance and scale backend systems. Work across modern technologies including AI, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a high-quality, enterprise-grade software culture. Responsibilities include designing, developing and unit testing applications, delivering end-to-end development across the SDLC, building and scaling backend services, collaborating with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA and stakeholders, contributing to system design and performance optimisation, and taking ownership of requirements from Scrum ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong full stack development experience with a clear backend focus
- Experience delivering end-to-end software solutions across the full SDLC
- Strong experience with .NET / C# and modern web technologies
- Experience building APIs and backend services
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Interest in leveraging AI to improve development efficiency and delivery outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture
