Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing new web applications or APIs for Channel/Branch and Contact Centre projects, deploying and maintaining existing applications, conducting quality reviews for junior developers, and documenting design, logic, and test cases. Role emphasizes agile delivery, automation/orchestration tooling to minimize manual interactions, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Requires hands-on experience with React or Spring Boot, cloud exposure, and AI-assisted development, along with strong communication, adherence to coding principles, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as web application (React) or API (springboot) developer
- Experiences in projects on Cloud
- Experiences in AI-assisted development
- Good communication and team work.
- Expertise in coding principles and best practices
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, deal with competing priorities
- Must keep pace with technology and industry development.
- Must be able to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders to drive appropriate outcomes.
