Senior Software Engineer - High Performance Systems

Senior Backend Engineer specializing in high-performance systems to help shape Fever’s live-entertainment platform. You’ll design and implement end-to-end features within your squad, contribute to architecture discussions, and focus on performance, reliability, and scalability. Key responsibilities include building maintainable, scalable code; working with relational databases (SQL); utilizing observability and profiling tools (Datadog); collaborating with Product and Data teams; and driving architectural improvements. Must-haves include strong software development fundamentals, testing-driven development, and experience with SQL databases; nice-to-haves include Python (Django/FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. Location is Spain (home office friendly) with relocation package for international candidates.
