Job Summary
Design and develop scalable software components using Angular, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps to support H&R Block business applications. Build distributed cloud-native systems, manage relational data storage, and optimize performance with Application Insights and Datadog. Mentor team members while creating architecture documentation and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Work full-time in Kansas City, Missouri, with a salary of $141,544 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technology field
- Five years of all phases of software design and development experience to include: building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications
- Full-Stack web development focused on responsive and user-centric interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and XAML
- Unit testing with MS Test, XUnit, Jasmine, and Jest
- C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
- Writing T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and User-Defined Functions
- Azure Cosmos DB, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
- WCF, RESTful Web Services, and Silverlight
- Development and testing tools: Postman, LinqPad, Visual Studio, and Visual Studio Code
- Version control tools: Git and TFS
- Two years of this experience must include: TypeScript, Angular, Lens and Node js
- Cloud Technologies (Azure): Functions, Service Bus, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Blob Storage, and DevOps
- Application Insights and Datadog for monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimizing
- Creating and managing custom CI/CD pipelines
- GraphQL, Web API, and microservices-based architectures
- Basic: 40 hours per week
