Job Summary
Develop compliance and business processing analytics tools while automating compliance functions and testing modernization Machine Learning/AI algorithms. Investigate, integrate, and research proof-of-concepts within the RD environment, then develop models to implement metrics and monitoring for data flows. Utilize Python, Java, and Scala to build Random Forest models and feature development capabilities, leveraging Ghostmachine and Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory analysis. Manage tasks via Jira and Confluence in a Linux environment, ensuring adherence to Agency Compliance standards and corporate systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- 14-20 years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 4 years of additional SWE experience
- Experience with Python
- Experience with GM Learn
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience developing in a Linux operating environment
- Experience with Java and Scala
- Experience with Lucene, JEXL, SQL, JSON
- Random Forest and ability to do feature development for Random Forest
- Experience with Machine Learning Model building and monitoring
- Experience with Ghostmachine (Map/Reduce)
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience with IntelliJ and/or Eclipse
- Experience with Git/Gitlab and/or Stash/Bitbucket
- Experience with Scikit-learn
- Agency Compliance standards, policies, and authorities
- Experience with Agency corporate systems
- Experience with documentation and reviewing documentation
