Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer on the Growth & Onboarding team focused on backend systems powering provider onboarding, activation, customization workflows, and growth. Build and own APIs and services, translate customer and internal needs into reliable backend tooling, collaborate with product, sales, and marketing, and drive end-to-end ownership from design to production. Emphasis on customer-facing tooling for onboarding and growth, scalable architecture, and high-quality code. 5+ years of backend experience; Python experience preferred; remote/hybrid flexibility varies by role and team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years software engineering experience with backend focus
- Strong backend fundamentals: system design, data modeling, API development, service reliability
- Python experience preferred (candidates from other languages welcome)
- Comfortable in product-driven environments with cross-functional stakeholders (sales and marketing)
- Experience in early-stage or startup environments
- Self-directed and proactive with problem-solving
- Strong communication and collaboration across functions
- Experience owning outcomes in a startup context
