Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary
Lead design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software components and features within the GE HealthCare product line. Take ownership of specific modules or components, collaborate with architects and team members to implement system designs, develop and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality, troubleshoot and resolve complex defects and performance issues, contribute to system integration and end-to-end feature delivery, participate in technical discussions and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 7–12 years of experience, strong object-oriented design and programming in C++/C#, experience in application development, debugging, and performance optimization, and business-level English for global collaboration. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, experience with modern frameworks/tools, AI/ML integration, API development, UI frameworks (WPF, Qt), microservices or modular architecture, and Git-based collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in software development
