Required Qualifications
- Strong Java programming skills with experience writing clean, maintainable code
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Working knowledge of concurrency and performance optimization
- Good understanding of system architecture fundamentals and memory management
- Familiarity with profiling and performance analysis tools
- Exposure to libraries and frameworks used in low-latency or high-performance applications
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP) and an understanding of network performance considerations
- Ability to use and direct AI agents to help generate, optimize, and review code
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments and work effectively within a team
- Knowledge and experience with modern agile development methodologies
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including automation of software testing, delivery, and infrastructure changes
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a globally distributed team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
