Job Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. Responsibilities include leading development of core features focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability; delivering high-impact solutions efficiently; proactively solving complex technical challenges; improving development workflows; mentoring junior engineers; and contributing to the team's engineering culture. Ideal candidates must have 4+ years of experience, technical leadership skills, and a solid grasp of desirable programming languages such as Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.
