Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack at Webflow (remote-first in Argentina) responsible for designing and implementing scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs. Work with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambdas), as well as Kafka and related technologies. Lead projects, produce maintainable, tested, performant code, author and evaluate design documents, and influence technical designs and team priorities. Collaborate with product managers and designers in autonomous teams, mentor junior engineers, and participate in engineering citizenship activities (blogs, hiring processes, internal hackathons). Requires 5+ years of experience, business-level English, and a track record of shipping web applications. Location: Argentina (remote-first). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years developing and deploying web applications
- Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience building scalable services/APIs with Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo, and MongoDB
- Experience debugging production issues across services and stack levels
- Experience building complex web systems
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress)
- Ability to work in an agile, safe-to-fail environment
- Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows
