Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack on the Therapist Success team, builds tools to help therapists deliver care by organizing client care history and surfacing dynamic summaries and playbooks. Develops high-quality, performant features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL; collaborates with product/design; drives data modeling discussions; identifies bottlenecks and improves engineering processes; participates in on-call rotation; mentors others and shares knowledge; contributes to a culture of collaboration and learning to support scalable, AI-enhanced development.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as an engineer
- Professional experience developing user facing web or mobile applications
- Hands on production experience with Python
- Experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code)
