Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack role within Charlie Health's Therapist Success platform. Build and maintain high-quality features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL to empower therapists with better data, summaries, and playbooks. Collaborate across product, design, and engineering; drive data modeling discussions; establish scalable engineering practices; participate in on-call rotation to ensure access to care. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and leveraging AI tooling to accelerate development, with onsite/remote hybrid options and a total compensation target of $170,000–$220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not provided. Must be within a 75-minute commute of NYC and willing to work onsite 4 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as an engineer
- Professional experience developing user facing web or mobile applications
- Hands on production experience with an application programming language (Python preferred)
