Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Ripple responsible for leading the design and development of distributed, cloud-native backend services powering onboarding across Ripple’s product suite. Migrate core onboarding logic from Salesforce into resilient, observable services with a dedicated persistence layer; design scalable orchestration and data pipelines; contribute to foundational data modeling for Ripple’s future identity platform; mentor engineers and grow a lean, high-impact team; collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to influence company-wide technical direction; build platforms enabling faster onboarding with fewer customer touchpoints while preserving trust and compliance. Strong API design skills (REST and/or gRPC) and frontend exposure (React, Vue) are required, along with experience in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS). Preferred experience includes Java + Spring Boot and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SNS/SQS). The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and end-to-end ownership to scale onboarding across products (Payments, Custody, Stablecoin) and support a regulated fintech context.
