Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack on Charlie Health's Revenue Engine team delivering high-quality, performant features for patient-facing finance tools and internal revenue-operations products using React, Python, and PostgreSQL. Own end-to-end product solutions, set scalable patterns, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development. Collaborate with product and design to iterate on solutions, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure clients can access care. Requires 4+ years of experience, proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. Note: candidates are expected to be within commuting distance of the NYC office and contribute to in-office collaboration 4 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience developing user facing web applications
- Experience with Python and/or Javascript
- Experience with AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams
