Job Summary
We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to tackle meaningful full-stack problems at Onebrief, focusing on system design and product complexity. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, with a strong background in owning meaningful product surfaces and collaborating across teams. Responsibilities include leading team-level architecture, supporting peers, building across the stack using TypeScript, React, Node, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, and addressing complex problems that impact product performance and design. Ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of web technology and have a track record in B2B SaaS environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience collaborating across teams to deliver elegant, strategic solutions to defined problems
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and low-process, async environments
Desired Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices
- Track record of shipping in B2B SaaS or similarly demanding domains
- Clear, context-rich communication across PRs, RFCs, and collaborative docs
- Hands-on experience improving team velocity via tooling or process improvements
