Job Summary
Architect and lead full-stack applications using Java/Springboot, Python, and React that integrate generative AI and ML capabilities into production platforms. Drive the technical approach for integrating LLMs and intelligent automation, establishing patterns for connecting ML models with user experiences. Own architectural decisions for backend services, APIs, and infrastructure while mentoring engineers and enforcing best practices. Lead collaboration with ML engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align AI innovation with application delivery. Balance rapid feature development with system reliability, troubleshooting complex issues and driving performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on experience building web applications
