Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer leading technical direction for the Sales Experience team to build enterprise software that improves how sales teams work with customers; partner with Product and Design to understand customer problems, contribute to solution discovery, and guide architecture and system design; own end-to-end engineering outcomes with a focus on performance, reliability, security, and CI/CD; drive data-informed product decisions through metrics and experimentation; leverage deep CRM experience (Salesforce) to enable scalable cross-platform experiences and complex business workflows; 7+ years of experience and strong ownership/leadership in cross-functional teams; based in the United States (Atlanta) with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
- Deep experience building and integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Designing scalable data integrations
- Leading the customization of Salesforce to support complex end-to-end business workflows
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend)
- Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments
- Track record of technical leadership within a team (formal or informal)
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability)
- Experience building customer-facing products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience
