Job Summary
Senior Frontend Engineer at Brex responsible for building features across the Brex stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering a high-quality financial software experience. You will work across the stack to create and maintain products and tools, design and run experiments to improve customer experiences, own problems end-to-end (from UX to data models and scalability), and contribute to Brex’s long-term technical vision with a high-quality bar. The role emphasizes hands-on frontend work with React, TypeScript, ES6+, and Webpack, and requires strong collaboration with Sales and Support teams. The position is based in the Seattle office with a hybrid model (minimum three in-office days per week) and up to four weeks of fully remote work; location flexibility includes other Brex office locations in the US and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional frontend experience
- Proficiency with ES6+ and modern frontend technologies
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and Webpack
- Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end
- Experience developing client-facing software products
- Upheld high engineering standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
