Senior Software Engineer – Front-End Training System Software (Onsite)

Job Summary
Design, develop, integrate, and test software on cross-functional agile teams to deliver training system solutions within budget, scope, and schedule constraints. Assist in feature analysis and decomposition, making decisions that impact cost, schedule, and technical performance. Perform multi-threaded software debugging and work independently with limited supervision. Contribute to software and systems engineering requirements capture and analysis. Perform bidding and proposal activities to support the acquisition of new business. Travel to domestic and international customer sites to support training events and product installations. This role requires an active Secret security clearance and daily onsite presence in a classified lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience (if holding an Advanced Degree)
- Extensive experience working with C# and WPF for front-end development
- Experience with agile development practices
- General software engineering design principles
- Daily onsite presence
- US security clearance

- Usage of ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible, Bamboo)
- Previous simulation experience
- Previous avionics experience
