Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a primary front-end focus to design, build, and maintain modern web applications for government-delivery projects. You will own the front-end layer using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and CSS, contribute to full-stack work with ASP.NET Core MVC, uphold accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x, ARIA), implement secure authentication patterns (OAuth/OIDC), collaborate with designers via Figma, mentor teammates, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and leverage AI-assisted development tooling to maintain delivery velocity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React, a11y, TypeScript, and Next.js; potential proficiency with ASP.NET Core MVC
- Solid command of modern CSS and responsive web development patterns
- Working knowledge of web accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG, inclusive design)
- Experience implementing security and authentication patterns (OAuth, OIDC, RBAC)
- Comfort with agentic AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Ability to lead, own, and collaborate effectively in a fast-moving federal delivery environment
