Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer at Freddie Mac leading the development of Corporate Communications and Marketing technology solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
- 5-7 years of technology experience
- Hands-on development experience in full stack technologies (React, JavaScript, Python, Java, Angular)
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with enterprise-grade web content management platforms (e.g., Acquia, Sitecore or similar) and knowledge management/content tools (e.g., Drupal)
- Experience collaborating with business leaders in marketing, HR, legal, and compliance teams
- Experience with Ping/Single Sign-On, Bitbucket pipelines, Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare), website monitoring tools (New Relic), DNS, TLS, REST APIs, and caching strategies
- Ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
