Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer on Snapsheet's Financial Transactions and Operations team responsible for end-to-end lifecycle, integrity, and auditability of claim financial transactions. Role focuses on expanding platform offerings for providers, improving tech stack and infrastructure, API design and full-stack work using Ruby on Rails and React, collaborating across engineering and product teams, contributing to technical design, and maintaining agility in an environment with emphasis on performance, data integrity, and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Designing and building APIs
- Designing schemas and performant queries for relational databases
- Understanding of scalability challenges and performance of server-side code
- Prior professional experience using React
- Prior experience using Ruby on Rails a plus
