Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer – eCommerce at Electrolux in Bangalore leads design, development, and maintenance of SAP Commerce Cloud-based e-commerce applications to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance customer experiences. You will design and implement e-commerce solutions, collaborate with product managers, platform leads, and other developers, participate in architectural discussions, write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and maintain test coverage. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud Commerce experience, strong Java Spring and relational database knowledge, cloud-native and containerization expertise, API design, scalable architecture, and a collaborative approach to mentoring and technical decision-making. The position is full-time and based in Bangalore with a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Commerce / SAP Commerce Cloud
- Proven experience in e-commerce platforms and SAP Commerce Cloud customization (promotion, payment, order processing)
- Strong knowledge in Java Spring frameworks and relational databases
- Experience with scalable architecture, API design, and modular development
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native components and containerization technologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team
- Ability to mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making
